At MOHAMED IKBI, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our remote coaching and technical support services.
Service Nature All services provided are delivered digitally through remote sessions using TeamViewer. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If the service was not delivered as agreed
If a technical issue from our side prevented the session from being completed
If a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the service has already been delivered
If the issue is resolved during the session
If the client fails to attend the scheduled session
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the work completed.
